Question for this Sunday?
Lets see how much horrific crap you guys can pull from the internet.
What is the single worst rebadge? Design, performance, overall; the requirements are very loose for this one.
Whatever you see that makes you think "And who on the name of this glorious Earth thought that was a good idea?"

It has a fucking Pontiac grille, but a bowtie above it.

Trollolololololololol.
But seriously, is this thing a Lotus or a Kia?

Dodge Caravan as a VW Routan. The fact it's based on a Dodge of this era, in this segment, precludes it from having any of the usual VW qualities.

In the defense of the Trollblazer, it pulled it off a little better than the actual Trailblazer, in terms of overall quality.
The Bravada on the other hand...

But the Bravada was never meant to be coveted. SAAB has some of the most loyal fans out there (and for good reason), but the Trollblazer completely fell by the wayside. It's a bad mark on SAAB's good name.

In naming/brand sense, yeah. Was right around the time GM started to give up on Saab. The 9-7x is far from being a bad vehicle, but yeah, you're right, leaves a pretty bad taste in most fan's mouths. I was thinking about it more in terms of the trailblazer vs the 9-7x.

I see your G5 and raise you a G3
A crappy rebadge of a crappy car.

Damn! Beat me to it.

Oh, totally. The 9-7X was the best thing to ever happen to the Trailblazer.

The answer is always Assol. Doninvest Assol.
Edit: I forgot about the Bimantara Nenggala. Rolls right off the tongue!

I don't know why, but I find the 9-7X to be a nice looking suv. And now since Saab is gone, these are often cheaper than their siblings.

The Hyundai Entourage. Nearly identical to the Kia Sedona. It had nearly a $3,000 price premium over the Sedona.

Standing alone, it really is a nice SUV. However, compared to SAAB's other offerings at the time, it just looked like another bloated American SUV, and as such, had very little appeal to SAAB's loyal fanbase whose love was almost completely based on the opposite of this type of automobile design.

It can stay as a Kia only, IMO.
